We have found ourselves at the crossroads of an existential decision: do we bring the mistakes of the enlightenment to their biological conclusion or do we develop a magical capacity to self-renew?
For the 10th anniversary of 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, Aksioma presents (𝗿𝗲)𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹 a “festival of conversations” with world-class thinkers debating key issues, from infrastructure and energy to community and AI, curated and conducted by writer and journalist 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼. The festival consists of 8 streaming events taking place every third Monday of the month throughout the year.
Holly Jean Buck knows we have the tech to restore the earth and repair the climate. In 𝘼𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 she takes a deep dive into the envisioning, development, and deployment of tactics and schemes for deliberately intervening in the environment, including Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR), with a useful best and worst-case scenarios perspective. Most importantly, she takes a holistic, integrated appreciation of ecological systems, proposing the new social formations needed to implement them, tackle mitigation and manage schemes that acknowledge the differential vulnerability for rural, impoverished and indigenous populations.

Znašli smo se na eksistenčnem razpotju: ali naj zmote razsvetljenstva pripeljemo do njihovega biološkega konca ali pa razvijemo magične zmožnosti za samoobnovo?
Ob deseti obletnici programa 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗲 & 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 Aksioma predstavlja festival pogovorov (𝗿𝗲)𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗲 – 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗷𝗲 𝘇𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗼, ki bo gostil mislece svetovnega formata v diskusijah o aktualnih tematikah, od infrastrukture in energije do skupnosti in umetne inteligence. Osem spletnih pogovorov, ki bodo potekali vsak tretji ponedeljek v mesecu, bo kurirala in vodila novinarka in pisateljica 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼.
Holly Jean Buck ve, da imamo tehnologijo za obnovo Zemlje in popravilo podnebja. V 𝘼𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 se s perspektive tako najboljšega kot najslabšega scenarija poglobi v zamišljanje, razvoj ter uporabo taktik in shem za namerno poseganje v okolje – vključno z uravnavanjem sončnega sevanja in odstranjevanjem ogljikovega dioksida iz ozračja. Najpomembneje je, da holistično, integrirano razume ekološke sisteme in predlaga nove družbene formacije, potrebne, da jih implementiramo, se lotimo blaženja in vodimo sheme, ki prepoznavajo razlikovalno ranljivost ruralnih, obubožanih in staroselskih populacij.
